Join Dr. Eleni Jaswa and Eve Lepage for a practical, science-led session on fertility.

Watch this webinar recording with Dr. Eleni Jaswa and Eve Lepage for a conversation about how fertility and hormones work, and expert advice for those trying to conceive.

Whether you’re trying to conceive, thinking about it, or just want to understand what’s happening in your body, this session is for you.

Join Dr. Eleni Jaswa (Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility Specialist, Medical Advisor at Oura) and Eve Lepage (Senior Reproductive Health Specialist at Clue) for a practical, science-led session on understanding your fertility.

From cycle foundations and fertile window timing to tracking methods, assisted reproduction, and knowing when to seek support.

Topics discussed

  • Welcome & meet the experts

Introductions to Dr. Eleni Jaswa and Eve Lepage, and who this inclusive webinar is for – whether you’re trying to conceive now, planning ahead, or simply curious.

  • Menstrual cycle basics

What your cycle actually is beyond your period, the key phases, the hormones involved, and what’s typical versus what varies.

  • The fertile window, explained

What it is, how long it actually lasts, why cycle variability affects timing, and why the ‘day 14’ myth is still causing confusion.

  • Fertility signs and how to track them

Cervical mucus, basal body temperature, ovulation predictor kits – what each one can (and can’t) tell you, and how apps and wearables fit into the picture.

  • Building a personalized tracking routine

Low-effort to more intensive – how to choose an approach based on your goals, lifestyle, and mental load, and what to do when tracking starts to feel like pressure.

  • Assisted reproductive technologies

An accessible overview of egg freezing, ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF – what they are, when they’re used, and what they can and can’t address.

  • When to seek additional support

General timelines by age, signs that warrant earlier evaluation, what a fertility workup usually includes, and how to advocate for yourself in healthcare settings.
