Celebrating World Contraception Day
Lately it seems like there's a "day" dedicated to anything and everything. June 5th was _National Donut Day. _(What, you didn't celebrate? There's always next year.) But today is a day we can really get behind: it's **World Contraception Day.

We celebrate contraception and conception every day at Clue and believe access to contraception is a human right.
- Every $1.00 invested in helping women avoid unwanted pregnancies saves $7.09 in Medicaid expenditures.
- Approximately 50% of unintended pregnancies result from contraceptive failure (incorrect or inconsistent use) and the other half are due to nonuse.
- 62% of all women of reproductive age are currently using a contraceptive method.
