The Clue report for doctors is a one-time purchase that creates a downloadable PDF overview of your Clue cycle data. It’s designed to support conversations with your healthcare provider, and shows the key cycle health metrics that doctors look for most. It is not a medical diagnosis or clinical assessment.
The report is based on your last 6 completed cycles in Clue and reflects an overview of your tracked data at the moment of purchase. Cycles over 60 days and cycles hidden by you in the Analysis Tab will not be shown in the report’s visual graph of data. Cycles over 60 days are, however, factored into your cycle statistic calculations, and recorded in your cycle history. When a cycle is hidden via the Analysis Tab, we will look back further in your cycle history to still show 6 cycles of data in the graph if possible. We cannot do this for cycles over 60 days.
Your report does not include everything you track. Only experiences tracked at least 3 times within the covered period of the report are shown. Experiences tracked fewer than 3 times are not shown. Certain tracking data types are also excluded from the report: weight data, BBT data, wearable temperature data, and events that typically only occur once (e.g. vaccinations, appointments, emergency medication). You can add medications and birth control in your personal and medical details before creating the report. This will then show in the top section of your report.
The date range covered is shown clearly on the report. The report will not automatically update when you track any new data or change any existing data after purchase (unless you use the editing function, as described below). It is a snapshot of your data at the time it was purchased.
Once a report is purchased, you have 24 hours to edit information in the report. You can update your personal and medical details (such as your name or age), hide a cycle in the Analysis Tab to exclude it from your report, or edit your tracking data in the Calendar View. After making any of these edits, you will need to use the “Update report” button to create a new report and have your changes reflected. After the 24-hour window has passed, the report becomes final and is read-only. It can no longer be edited.
Your purchased reports are stored in the Clue app and can be redownloaded at any time for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. After 2 years, the report will no longer be available. If you delete your Clue account before the year period ends, your reports will also be permanently deleted.
You can share or download your report using the options available in your device. Once you share or download the report, what you do with it is your responsibility. Clue is not liable for how the report is used, shared, or interpreted after it has been delivered to you.
