Helloclue is committed to making its digital services as accessible as possible and to continuously improving their accessibility.
When designing and further developing our website, we follow the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG) as well as the relevant harmonized European standards for digital accessibility.
In particular, we take the following fundamental principles into account:
Perceivable: Information and content should be perceivable by as many people as possible.
Operable: The website should be usable with different input methods and assistive technologies.
Understandable: Content, navigation, and interactions should be clearly structured and as easy to understand as possible.
Robust: Our digital services should function as reliably as possible with current browsers and assistive technologies.
The accessibility of our digital services is reviewed regularly and continuously improved as part of our ongoing product development.
Despite our continuous efforts, some accessibility barriers remain.
The following limitations are currently known:
The payment form at checkout comes from an outside payment provider. We haven't yet been able to check how well it works with screen readers and other assistive tools.
In the US HSA/FSA checkout, if the payment form doesn't load, you won't see an error message (just an empty space); a current limitation of the Flex provider.
We have checked the website's code and run automated tests and walkthroughs. We have not yet tested it by hand with screen readers or keyboard-only navigation, so this list may grow.
We are continuously working to identify and gradually remove these barriers.
If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using our website or require assistance, we welcome your feedback.
