Tanja M. Gerlach is the Head of the Personality Research Unit at the Leibniz Institute for Educational Trajectories (LIfBi) in Bamberg. Her research focuses on the role of individual differences—such as self-evaluative dispositions, relationship ideals, and motivation—in decision making, as well as on non-normative life paths and their links to major life outcomes.
