Rahel Erhardt is a researcher at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH). She has a background in infectiology and medical anthropology, working within the field of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), most favourably with qualitative methods. She is currently conducting her PhD on menstrual and vaginal health. Rahel is passionate about breaking silences and filling research - and ultimately knowledge - gaps around women’s health, and putting the people most affected at the center of the science.
